Named for the fragrant and exotic Frangipani flower, the vibrant coral cottage is located on the Sea of Abaco, with a shared dock at the property's edge. The interior of the two bedroom, two bath cottage is cypress with vaulted ceilings, central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The living area is decorated in rattan and tropical prints to enhance the island atmosphere. The double French doors open onto a screened front porch allowing the sea breezes to fill the cottage.
A radio, cassette, CD player and a TV/VCR is provided for viewing video tapes, but there is no television reception. A VHF radio is also available for communication with island residents. Listen to the "Cruiser's Net" on channel 68 every morning at 8:15 a.m. for up to the minute weather, news, announcements and what's happening.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, toaster, blender and coffee-maker.
There are two bedrooms, each featuring a custom built queen size bed, walk-in closet and private bath with shower. All linens are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
It is a leisurely 15 minute walk to the settlement on Great Guana Cay, a 5 minute walk to one of the best pink sand beaches in the Abaco's or a 1 minute walk to the end of the dock on the Sea of Abaco to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. The Sea of Abaco is our front yard, so rent a boat and take advantage of this small boaters paradise.
Frangipani Cottage is the ideal get away for one or two couples. Children over 6 welcome. Please keep the cottage a smoke free environment.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit (US$) and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Payment in full is required for reservations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Rates are subject to change without a confirmed reservation.
